After you have finalized your purchase, we will handle your order and send the parcel to you as soon as possible, normally the first business day after. Estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days from the day the package is posted. Orders placed in holidays/weekends will normally be processed the following working day.

Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and your right to undo the purchase. Each parcel has an individual tracking number, and if your parcel has not arrived within reasonable time, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service by mail to and provide them with your unique order number.

If a product is out of stock you will receive information and be refunded.

Ordrebehandling og forsendelse

Etter at du har avsluttet kjøpet vil vi behandle ordren og sende deg dine nye klær. Leveringstid er normalt beregnet til 2-4 virkedager fra det er sendt fra oss. Kjøp som gjennomføres på helgedager eller andre fridager vil normalt bli behandlet påfølgende virkedag.

Makeløs see the importance behind protecting our customers privacy on both personal and financial information aspects. The way your information is treated and distributed is something we find highly important to take care of.  This privacy policy applies to all protected information collected and/or used by us.

When shopping at makelø, you have to be over 18 years old or have parental / guardian permission.

We want our customers to feel safe with us as a retailer and supplier. When you visit our webshop, we collect information from you in order to get in touch with you, fulfill your orders, and in research to improve our site based on our customer´s needs and interests. We want to make your experience with us as good as possible, with elements you find interesting concerning product, offers and service in general.

We are collecting two types of information from you as a customer – personal and non-personal.

Personal information includes contact info – such as name, phone number  email and address. Financial information contains card number, security code and expiration date. use this information mainly to complete your order. But also for billing purposes and to contact you if any uncommon incidents occurs, like having difficulties completing your order.

We will not share this with any third party.

The non-personal information contains tracking-technology like cookies, which let us track the actions of our customers. This is important in the development process in becoming a better supplier for our customers.

This information includes your IP address, your browser software and operating system. Your information is only available to those employees who need it in order to perform their job accurate, based on your needs and wishes.

Makeløs take our customers very seriously and wish to treat all with the respect they deserve.  We wish that you will receive your order in a faultless and good condition. If this is not the case we dearly wish that you contact us at as soon as possible with your concerns. All products made by, and delivered by Makeløs, are insured. It is therefore important that you as a customer notify us as soon as possible if your order is damaged or injured in any way. We want all of our customers to be happy with our products and service – do not hesitate to contact us.

Colors and images

Good images are important to us! We take the visual part seriously at Makeløs. We will do our outmost to make sure that the product pictures look as similar as possible to the product. On the other hand, we want to notify you that the colors may vary on various data and display settings on your computer/tablet/smartphone.


Makeløs offers you the right to both return and exchange all products within 14 days. The cancellation period runs from the day you receive your last item of your order. We do not accept products that are used/washed/otherwise damaged.

In order to use the right of withdrawal, you must notify Makeløs with your decision to cancel the contract, by taking advantage of the attached return form included in the package.

If you choose to use the right of withdrawal

We will give a price reduction/ return all payments received from you, but you are obliged to pay for the direct costs of the exchange / return of the item (s). The refund or discount, will be made using the same payment method used on the original transaction, with no extra charges.

We can hold back the refund until we have received the item (s), or the documentation submitted with the item (s) is returned to us. You must return the item (s) or deliver to us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the date you notified us that you decided to return/exchange your item (s). The deadline is complied if you send back the items before the deadline of 14 days has expired.

Makeløs will always handle your returns as quickly as possible. This will normally take 3-5 business days after we have received your order.

You are responsible for any reduced value of the product if this is because it has been handled more than is needed to determine its nature, characteristics and function.

The purchasing terms can be changed without notice. Latest adjustment was done 26 of june 2019. We kindly ask you to always read through the purchasing terms before you place your order. When you confirm your purchase with us, you also accept the purchasing terms. The purchase is completed when you receive an order confirmation by email, and it is your responsibility as a customer to make sure the information given to us (name, email and delivery address) is correct.

Prices & taxes
All prices on are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), included current VAT. We offer free return on all orders within Norway. Prices may vary, and we reserve the right to change our prices.

You can choose if you want to pay by debit- or credit card  in our webshop. The payment is processed Stripe which is a secure online payment partner for Visa and Mastercard. Payment pages are secured by SSL and all card details are encrypted. This means that no one can read your credit card number, name or address when the information is sent over the Internet. We reserve the right to verify the card’s validity, address information of the purchaser and sufficient coverage for the purchase and reserves the right to cancel the purchase.

Shipping damage or unreceived package
If the package is damaged or lost under transportation, Makeløs will be responsible. Discrepancies must bee reported us as soon as you discover any damage or deviation by mail to

Exchanges and returns offers you the right to both return and exchange your order within 14 days, from the day you receive your order. Products on sale can not be returned.

In your package from us you will receive an exchange & return form, which you have to fill out with the correct information and return together with the item. The customer is obligated to pay for the freight and are responsible for the package until it is returned to us.

A valid return requires that the item is in its original condition. We do not accept products that are used and/or washed. All tags must be intact and attached to the item. Items with make-up stains or a distinctive smell is not considered to be in its original condition and can unfortunately not be returned. If we have made a mistake, or if the item has a production failure, we will pay the return costs.

As a customer you have the right to terminate a purchase if your order is delayed. If Makeløs is aware of the delay, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding a new delivery date. It is up to you if want to accept waiting for the package or cancel the purchase.

Uncollected packages
All our orders are sent continuously from our warehouse, so it’s unfortunately not possible to change / cancel an order after it has been processed. If the customer don´t pick up the package within 14 days, the parcel will be returned and the customer will receive an invoice for return shipping in addition to the cost for handling the return, currently 72 kr.

All products has a warranty valid for 2 years.

If you complain on the product due to a manufacturing defect, Makelø is responsible for all of the return costs. If the fault is caused after receiving the product, the customer is responsible for all of the return costs.
